Privacy notice

This notice explains how Ease-Connect (Kaapstad Connect (Pty) Ltd) handles the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect:

• your name, company name, email address and phone number;
• anything you choose to tell us in the message field;
• the date and time of your request.

To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare checks that requests come from a person (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about your demo request and to discuss whether Ease-Connect suits your business. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored

Your request is stored by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in a database located in the European Union, which has data-protection laws comparable to POPIA. Only authorised Ease-Connect staff can view it.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after your request, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us contacting you, by emailing info@easeconnect.app. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
